The concept of VaCay properties began in late 2006, and was designed to give 2nd home buyers an opportunity to buy a vacation home at a fraction of the price. With this in mind, the founders of VaCay properties set out to find state of the art locations that would give owners the most luxury and convenience. The vision expanded to include short-term vacation rentals of the these exclusive properties as well.
